# Child Safety Standards

MemeX (the "App"), operated by MemeX Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users.

MemeX is not intended for persons under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 may not access or use the App.

### 1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, promoting, or engaging with any content or behavior that depicts, facilitates, encourages, enables, or exploits minors in any sexual, abusive, predatory, or harmful manner.

Any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or any attempt to endanger or exploit minors is strictly prohibited.

This prohibition applies to all content and activity on MemeX, including user-generated content, profile content, posts, comments, images, videos, links, embedded content, externally hosted content, AI-generated or computer-generated imagery, and any other material or interaction made available through the App.

### 2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the App:

* Uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or linking to any content involving minors in sexual contexts;
* Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAM in any form;
* Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation of minors;
* Any attempt to contact, manipulate, coerce, threaten, blackmail, or exploit a minor for sexual or abusive purposes;
* Any attempt to engage in, facilitate, or promote illegal activities involving minors;
* Content or behavior that sexualizes minors or portrays minors in a manner that may contribute to their exploitation;
* Content that endangers the safety of minors, including extreme violence, harmful or dangerous activities, or behavior that may negatively affect the physical or mental well-being of minors.

Violations of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent banning, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

### 3. Reporting and User Feedback

We provide mechanisms for users to report inappropriate content or behavior within the App.

Users may report content, accounts, or activities that violate these standards through in-app reporting features where available, or by contacting us directly at <support@memex.xyz>.

When reporting a child safety concern, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as the account, content link, post identifier, screenshot, transaction or activity reference, and a brief description of the issue.

### 4. Response to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If we become aware of content or behavior that may constitute CSAM, CSAE, or other child safety violations, we may take appropriate action, including:

* Promptly removing or restricting access to the relevant content;
* Suspending, restricting, or permanently banning the responsible accounts;
* Preserving relevant information where necessary and legally permitted;
* Reporting the matter to relevant authorities, child safety organizations, or law enforcement where required or appropriate under applicable laws and regulations;
* Taking additional steps reasonably necessary to protect users and prevent further harm.

### 5. Compliance with Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and are committed to preventing the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors on our platform.

We may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, child safety organizations, and other competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.
