How do I sign up for MemeX?

You can sign up using email, Google, or X.

Which login methods are supported?

MemeX currently supports email, Google, and X login. Please use the same login method you used when creating your account.

I can't log in. What should I check?

Make sure you are using the same login method you used to sign up. If the issue continues, clear your browser cookies/cache and try again.

Wallet Connection

Which wallets does MemeX support?

MemeX supports MetaMask, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, and MeCo Wallet.

My wallet won't connect / MetaMask is stuck on "Connecting..."

Refresh the page, make sure your wallet is unlocked, and try again. If the issue continues, try clearing your browser cache/cookies, disabling other wallet extensions, or using a different browser. If it still does not work, please contact us through the support email below with your browser, wallet type, and device information.

How do I switch to the MemeCore network?

Your wallet may prompt you to add or switch to the MemeCore network when you connect. Approve the prompt to continue. If no prompt appears, manually add or select the MemeCore network in your wallet and reconnect.

Token / Rewards / Points

How do Trading Rewards work?

Trading Rewards use trading fees for token buybacks instead of keeping them as platform profit. This helps return value to eligible participants based on real trading activity.

When and how do I receive rewards?

Rewards are generated from actual market activity and may become available based on the rules of each token or campaign. Timing can vary depending on trading activity and reward distribution conditions.

My reward or point balance looks wrong.

Balances may take time to update after trading, missions, or reward activity. If the issue remains, please contact us through the support email below and include your wallet address, transaction hash, or related activity details if available.

What do "bonding curve" and "graduation" mean?

Every token starts on a bonding curve. Once it fills and meets the required conditions, the token graduates and lists on MemeMax. See MemeX → MemeMax.

What is ALIVE?

ALIVE is MemeX’s trust layer that turns real human actions into verifiable signals. See ALIVE.

How do I raise my Human Score / grade?

Complete eligible missions that verify real human activity. Your score or grade may increase as valid participation is confirmed.

A mission verification failed. Why?

Verification can fail when an action cannot be confirmed, such as an unclear photo, missing information, or an incomplete step. Follow the on-screen guide and try again. If it keeps failing, please contact us through the support email below.

How do I install the PWA?

Open MemeX in your mobile browser and choose “Install” or “Add to Home Screen” from the browser menu. Once installed, MemeX can be launched like an app without using an app store.

Buzzboard

What is Buzzboard?

Buzzboard is a campaign leaderboard where users create quality content, spread it externally, and earn rewards based on verified campaign performance. See Buzzboard.

How do I earn by spreading content?

Share campaign content from a Hive using your spread link. Eligible verified activity, such as real human clicks or signups from your link, can earn points based on the campaign rules.

What's the difference between creator and distributor rewards?

Creator rewards recognize the original content author, while distributor rewards recognize users who help spread that content. This allows both quality content creation and real external reach to be rewarded separately.

How do I report a bug?

What information should I include?

Please include the steps to reproduce the issue, your device and browser, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. If the issue is wallet- or transaction-related, include your wallet address, transaction hash, or error message if available. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

What is MemeCore and $M?

MemeCore is the blockchain network that MemeX runs on, and $M is the native token of MemeCore. MemeX is one of the core dApps in the MemeCore ecosystem.
